Traemos hoy a Estación Terrapin la segunda parte de un excepcional programa dedicado a la practica del Zen, tras un mes de intensa practica en un retiro en el centro Zen Bori Sa de las montañas de la Alta Garrotxa (Girona), perteneciente a la Escuela Kwan Um de Budismo Zen coreano fundada por el Maestro Zen Seung Sahn.

La intención de este programa especial es acercar a la audiencia del programa los fundamentos de esta practica espiritual milenaria, a través de una larga charla con el fundador y Abad de dicho centro en España, Fernando Pardo, con su hija Bárbara Pardo, actual directora del centro,  más las opiniones y experiencias personales de algunos de los estudiantes de dicha Escuela.

la de Mandok, que sintiéndose como un miembro mas de la Shanga esperaba siempre paciente 
y leal a la puerta de la sala Dharma las caricias y carantoñas de cada uno.

con una autentica boina Elosegui, que la regalé, y años mas tarde
